SERVICE POLICY

All Midsouth cutomers have a 90 day warranty on labor and a 1 year manufacturer warranty on parts unless product was damaged due to misuse or abuse or acts of nature such as lightning, etc., or improper maintenance, cleaning or grease.

Monday thru Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. excluding holidays. 

Trip  charge will be a minimum of $95.00 and then $25/hr

After hours Monday thru Friday:                                                  

Trip charge will be a minimum of $115.00 and then $30/hr.

Weekends and holidays:                                                             

Trip charge will be a minimum of $140.00 and then $40/hr.

*Commercial Cage customers call for service rates.
